Ashley Williams is an American film, television, theater actress, who most recently added the title of Producer to her long list of credits. She has had an expansive career with more than a dozen different television pilots and over 150 TV episodes under her belt. Perhaps best known for her roles on The Jim Gaffigan Show and Good Morning Miami, Williams was also a fan favorite on the hit show How I Met Your Mother. Although Williams is currently taking on the biggest role of her life, motherhood, she has also recently taken on the challenge of producing her own films, two of which have already been sold to the Hallmark Channel.

Nikki Deloach is best known for her portrayal of Lacey Hamilton on the hit and critically-acclaimed series Awkward for five seasons. Nikki’s other credits include Love & Other Drugs, North Shore, Windfall, Grey’s Anatomy, and Mad Men. When she is not busy showcasing her talent onscreen, DeLoach is expanding her repertoire behind the scenes. She has re-teamed with Hallmark to develop and produce the upcoming Christmas project Reunited at Christmas, which she will also star in.

Alexa PenaVega has been paid as a professional actor since the tender age of 4 years old when she shared the screen with the infamous Burt Reynolds in the television series EVENING SHADE.  Alexa went on to steadily work in amazing films like TWISTER, NINE MONTHS, MACHETE KILLS, SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR and several other noteworthy cinematic masterpieces.  Her work in SPY KIDS made her a worldwide success and secured her role as CARMEN CORTEZ in the sequels Spy Kids 2, 3 and 4.  But it’s her insatiable likability and respectful work ethic that makes her a constant hire and on the list of many studios.  Here she gives insight to the best ways to approach auditioning and being on set that enhances your chances for success.
