Kahyun Kim

Kahyun is best known for her role as Beth in Universal Pictures COCAINE BEAR directed by Elizabeth Banks. Kahyun will next be seen returning as a series regular on the NBC/Peacock workplace comedy ST. DENIS MEDICAL, playing Serena, a nurse with a strong belief in holistic care. The first season of the show received a nomination for Best Comedy Series at the 2025 Critics Choice Awards.  She continues to balance her screen work with acclaimed stage performances, most recently appearing in A DOLL’S HOUSE, PART 2 at Pasadena Playhouse. Last year, she starred in A FAMILY GUIDE TO HUNTING with Maragret Cho which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. She also appeared in Starz drama TV series AMERICAN GODS and in Disney’s 2018 film FREAKY FRIDAY. She has had numerous guest star and recurring roles including THE ROOKIE: FEDS, GREY’S ANATOMY, 9-1-1, MR MAYOR and TOMMY amongst many others. Kahyun is a 2012 graduate of the Juilliard BFA program.

Vella Lovell

Vella Lovell currently stars opposite Joel McHale in the Fox comedy series ANIMAL CONTROL, which returns for its 3rd Season in January 2025.

She previously starred alongside Ted Danson and Holly Hunter in the Tina Fey-produced comedy MR. MAYOR for NBC. Vella earned a 2021 HCA TV Award Nomination for her performance as ‘Mikaela Shaw’ the Chief of Staff on the show. Prior to this, Vella was known for her series regular role as the sarcastic voice of reason ‘Heather Davis’ on all four Seasons of CW’s CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND, and in Hulu’s DOLLFACE as Kat Dennings’ over-the-top co-worker ‘Alison S.’

On the film side, she recently starred in the MTV holiday parody movie A CLÜSTERFÜNKE CHRISTMAS from Rachel Dratch and Ana Gasteyer and appeared in smash hit THE BIG SICK opposite Kumail Nanjiani. In the animation world, she was the voice of ‘Mermista’ in the Netflix series SHE-RA AND THE PRINCESSES OF POWER, which was a 2020 Critics’ Choice Nominee.

Originally a graduate from the Juilliard School, Vella appeared on stage in Pulitzer Prize Winner Lynn Nottages’ By The Way, Meet Vera Stark, as ‘Lady Macbeth’ in an adaptation of Macbeth, and in The Bacchae at Shakespeare in the Park.

Why You Should Ask For What You Want

Michael Urie is a native Texan who was active in Speech & Drama all through high school. He trained in theatre studies at Collin County Community College before being accepted at the Julliard School where he was the recipient of the John Houseman prize for excellence in classical theater. In 2006, Urie joined the cast of ABC’s dramedy UGLY BETTY, appearing as Marc St. James, the assistant of Wilhelmina Slater (Vanessa Williams). Twice he and the cast were nominated for Screen Actors Guild awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. Urie has also appeared regularly on other hit shows such as YOUNGER, PARTNERS, and THE GOOD WIFE, and THE GOOD FIGHT.

He’s returned often to his theater roots, making a Broadway debut in the second revival of HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING. His performance in the one-man show BUYER & CELLER won him a Clarence Derwent Award and Drama Desk Award. Additional theater credits include TORCH SONG on Broadway, THE TEMPERAMENTALS, and HAMLET with the Shakespeare Theatre Company.

Urie will soon be teaming up with his UGLY BETTY co-star Becki Newton on FUN, a sitcom for CBS and WARNER BROS TV. And most recently Urie participated in a live stream reading of NORA HIGHLAND by Ryan Spahn, which benefited Broadway Cares COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Fund and Covenant House New York.

Bridget Regan stars as the villain Rose AKA Sin Rostro on the Golden Globe nominated series, “Jane the Virgin.” This, as well as portraying the original Black Widow, Dottie, in Marvel’s Agent Carter (2015), and the multiple personality spy opposite Matt Bomer on USA’s “White Collar” made E! Online declare her “The Ultimate Kick-Butt TV Villain.”

From 2015-2018 Regan starred opposite Eric Dane as the bad ass, multi-lingual Navy Intel Officer, Sasha Cooper, on the TNT hit action drama series The Last Ship (2014) produced by Michael Bay.

A native of Carlsbad, California, Regan relocated to New York City to pursue her acting career upon graduating from North Carolina School of the Arts under the direction of Gerald Freedman. Regan fulfilled a life long dream to work on Broadway, originating the role of Cecile Leroux in the comedy ‘Is He Dead?’ written by Mark Twain, adapted by David Ives and directed by Michael Blackmore.

In 2010, she completed her run bringing to life the heroine, Kahlan Amnell, in ABC Studio’s cult hit “Legend of the Seeker,” produced by Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert, shot in New Zealand. Her other television credits include recurring roles on “Grey’s Anatomy,” “MacGyver,” “The Good Wife”, “Person of Interest,” “Sons of Anarchy,” “Beauty & The Beast,” “Perception,” “The Black Donnelly’s,” Lisa Gardner’s bestselling mystery thriller, “Hide” alongside Carla Gugino, “NCIS: Los Angeles,” “Six Degrees” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.”

Regan’s film credits include “Devil’s Gate” opposite Milo Ventimigllia, “John Wick” with Keanu Reeves, HBO’s “The Leisure Class,” “The Best and the Brightest” alongside Neal Patrick Harris, “Sex and the City,” “The Babysitters” and “Binders.”
