This year Flula Borg can be seen starring opposite Dave Bautista as Bishop Crane in the highly anticipated “My Spy” sequel entitled “My Spy The Eternal City” slated to stream globally on Prime Video July 18, 2024. Also in film, Flula recently wrapped a lead role in the indie feature “Bonhoeffer,” written and directed by Todd Komarnicki (“Sully”). The film takes place in Berlin during the Third Reich, and examines German Lutheran pastor, theologian and anti-Nazi dissident Dietrich Bonhoeffer, as he speaks truth to power in his attempt to save countless Jewish lives. Flula is a standout as German jurist Hans von Dohnanyi, marking one of his most dramatic roles to date. “Bonhoeffer” is slated for release on November 28, 2024.

Flula is also well known for his role in Warner Bros. and James Gunn’s “The Suicide Squad” where he starred as Javelin alongside Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, and John Cena.

In television Flula most recently starred alongside Adam Devine, Sarah Hyland, and Jameela Jamil in Peacock’s comedy “Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin” based on the acclaimed film franchise of the same name. Additional recent credits include “The Rookie” alongside Nathan Fillion, “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” and “Ghosts.” While appearing in live action projects has kept Flula busy, he has also lent his voice to a plethora of high-profile projects over the years including memorable roles in Fox Pictures’ “Ferdinand,” Disney’s “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” Universal Pictures “Trolls World Tour” and Apple’s “Luck,” as well as dozens of appearances in TV shows like “Archer,” “Rugrats,” “Captain Fall,” and as the uncomfortable Comfortable Doug in Netflix’s “Centaurworld.”
