LaMonica Garrett is a commanding screen presence and a rising force in action-driven storytelling. With a background in athletics, Garrett brings physical intensity, emotional weight, and grounded authenticity to every role he takes on.
He leads the upcoming action‑thriller Nightingale, directed by William Kaufman, as Connor — a performance that cements his status as a powerful new face in the action genre. Garrett appears in 2025’s The Terminal List: Dark Wolf opposite Taylot Kitsch, and Chris Pratt, returning as Commander Bill Cox. He also stars in the high‑octane siege drama Takeover, sharing the screen with Quavo and Billy Zane as Sheriff “Herc” Hitchens, and joins the top‑secret sci‑fi epic Osiris, further expanding his action repertoire.
Television audiences know Garrett for standout roles such as Tucker in Taylor Sheridan’s Lioness (Paramount+), Commander Bill Cox in The Terminal List (Amazon Prime), and Thomas in the critically acclaimed 1883 (Paramount+). He also portrayed Mike Ritter, the President’s trusted Secret Service agent, in Designated Survivor (ABC/Netflix), as well as showcasing his range portraying The Monitor & The Anti-Monitor in the Arrowverse’s largest crossover undertaking, Crisis On Infinite Earth’s.
Whether leading a film or elevating an ensemble, LaMonica Garrett brings authority, humanity, and leading-man presence to the screen—making him one to watch in the next wave of genre-defining talent.
